The Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, Mexico facility enables the mechanical contractor to transfer work from the field to a controlled facility where the productivity and quality control are much greater. The transfer of this work to the prefabrication shop decreases the amount of manpower required on the job site, which lessens the problems associated with the stacking of trades.
The shop is structured for smooth flow throughout the fabrication process in order to promote productivity and quality. All welders are trained and certified to meet the demands of ASME B31.1 & B31.9 specifications.
Building and maintaining strategic alliances with our material suppliers, U.S. Customs brokers, and trucking companies allows Weldmex to ensure competitive rates that can be passed along to our customers.
